You know when you're really stressed when you start getting on your own nerves or when others start to get on to your nerves.
Could this image be a reflection of your thoughts and feeling at times? Not only of this image speaking about our feelings but when there is stress in any of us, whatever is happening in the outer world could be "unconsciously" made "the cause" as stressors.
Negative statements that maintains fatique and/or Stress:
- Stress is normal
- Stress cannot be helped
- Stress kills
- It is like that
- Nobody can help me
- I cannot get things done
- I need a beer to get over this stress
- I need a ciggie to de-stress
- I need to meditate to de-stress
- I am used to it
- I need to shop, I need to eat
Possible perceived negative sources of stress could be inclusive:
- Loss of a job
- Medical illness
- Planning a wedding
- Purchasing a new house
- Learning your spouse had an affair
- Mental unrest such as depression
- Picked up energy of others (you could be an empath)
- Chronic fatique syndrom etc.
- Having a baby
- Purchasing your dream car
- Desiring to get promoted at work
- Finding right true love
- Graduating from college
- Taking a placement exam
- Going on vacation
- Landing your dream job
You don't have to live life with so much of stress by seeing many experiences as stressors. Stress never kills or cause cancer as many people were informed. If someone pass away from stress or have cancer from it, it is in the biology of belief that stress is causing death and/or cancer. This is error belief.
There are experiences of events believed being stressors in life by many people.
What is your choice then? To believe it is true for you too?
Alternative solutions from SRT session that is non-invasive could be helpful for releasing the reasons and causes of stressors in your life. Thoughts and emotions can be found, programs can be found to release energies that are blocking you to feel least stressed and/or overtime probably overcome stress completely.
If drinking beer, smoking cigarettes, taking drugs, emotional eating or using sex as stress releasing methods works for you, then be aware that any of these methods aren’t great solutions for long term. What if I say that SRT sessions can help you to recognise the triggers for your stress to eventually eliminate the need to cope from ciggies, emotional eating, shopping, drinking or whatever it is stress related – can you see the possibility that is more wholesome?
